Unfortunately, the rain came and stole some of the fun from our New Year’s Day game at The Gabba. We know fans are disappointed that we weren’t able to get a game in, but we hope those who braved the weather were still able to enjoy the live music performances from PNAU and Eves Karydas.
Thank you to all fans who purchased a ticket to attend the match. The information below outlines next steps for each ticket category. GENERAL PUBLIC TICKETS
A full refund will be automatically issued by Ticketek within 3 – 5 business days. Ticket purchasers will receive a confirmation email from Ticketek once your refund has been processed. Customers who have opted-in to Brisbane Heat marketing emails will also receive an email directly from the club.
PREMIUM TICKETS [EXCLUDING INNER SANCTUM]
A full refund will be automatically issued by Ticketek within 7 business days. Premium Ticket purchasers will receive a confirmation email from Ticketek once your refund has been processed. This applies to the following ticket categories: Hot Spot, The Courier-Mail Luxe Lounge, Six Zone, Great Southern Bank House Party, Diamond Mid-Tier, Straight Hit.
INNER SANCTUM
Inner Sanctum guests can redeem a free GOLD ticket to one of our two remaining home games (7 Jan & 10 Jan). Brisbane Heat will reach out to these customers directly via email with instructions on how to redeem. As food and beverage was included with the Inner Sanctum package on 1 Jan, only the ticket value will be redeemable for remaining games.
CORPORATE SUITES & BOXES
Corporate Suite and Box clients will be entitled to a credit for a future Brisbane Heat home fixture in a corporate facility. Brisbane Heat will reach out to these customers directly via email to organise this.
5-GAME BRISBANE HEAT MEMBERS
5-Game Brisbane Heat Members can redeem two free GOLD tickets (valued at $126) to one of our two remaining home games (7 Jan & 10 Jan). These can be passed on to family and friends to use. Brisbane Heat will email these members with instructions on how to redeem.
2-GAME + FLEXI-PASS BRISBANE HEAT MEMBERS
2-Game and Flexi-Pass Brisbane Heat members who selected 1 Jan as one of their games, will have the opportunity to select either 7 Jan or 10 Jan as a replacement game. These Membership accounts will be automatically updated with the remaining two games to choose from.
